Estimate when to replace a compatible water filter using its installation date and your usage. Select the actual cartridge fitted to your machine. The machine’s own replacement prompt, a different filter package or a shorter instruction in the manual overrides this estimate.

For Keurig, an empty refill field estimates full 66 fl oz K-Supreme reservoir refills from brew size and cups/day. Rinsing and other water use are excluded, so counting real tank refills is better. For AquaClean, 625 cups is an upper limit; the machine can request a new filter sooner.
Which limit is used?
| Cartridge | Planning limit |
|---|---|
| Philips/Saeco AquaClean CA6903 | At least every three months, up to 625 cups, or sooner if the machine requests it. |
| Keurig reservoir cartridge | Two months or 60 tank refills, whichever comes first. |
| De’Longhi DLSC002 | Up to two months; follow the machine/manual if sooner. |
| Breville BES870 older filter | Two months per the linked BES870 manual revision. Verify the cartridge in your machine. |
Hard water can increase maintenance demand, but there is no universal hardness multiplier for these cartridges. The hardness input supplies context; it does not invent a new product lifespan. An AquaClean filter does not cancel an active descale prompt.
